So this is my card for today.  Kenzie wanted to see how the embossing folders worked so we made this card.  We had fun then she made a sign for her room that said Spring.  Fun Times with my baby girl.

Okay its been a few days but I have not really been sitting up too much because of my back surgery.  So here is my post for today.  It is a little thank you card.

So here he is.  I use the puppy digital image from Tiddly Winks.  I love their images and I can download them immediately.  The paper is from my monthly card kit I receive from Simon Says Stamp.  It was a fathers day kit but I love the paper so I used it with my little puppy.  I have to find more doggie stamps because whenever my friend sends me a card it has a kitty on it.  I have dogs so I always send her cards with dogs.  Only fair, I think.  I loved this puppy and he was FREE!!!!!

Let me know if you like it. Til next time.

Okay I haven't given up on my cards. I am in the hospital right now recovering from back surgery. It will be a while longer until I can get home and work on some cards.  I will have some up soon so keep watching.

So I have been watching my videos from my online class I have been taking and I will post a few more cards I put together this afternoon.  If you are interested in taking a class you can go to Kristina Werner, or Nichol Magourik and they both have links to the Online card classes.  It was priced great and so many tips and tricks.  I can't wait for the next class to start.  I am going to go back to the archive and take some of the other classes.  They are so much fun.  Plus you can go to so many websites from class members and get lots of other ideas.  I highly recommend this.  I would put the link but I haven't figured out how to post the links yet.  Baby steps!!!

I loved the super hero paper so much I decided to do a second card.  This is how it came out.

My super amazing Nephew Christopher just received his mission call to Jackson, Mississippi.  The folks there are so lucky.  Loved opening the call with you.  He will be an awesome Missionary.
Big Hugs

So This is the His card I made to go with the Her card

This is the card I created from my class I am doing with Kristina Werner, Nichol Mcgourik and some other fabulous artists.  The class is His & Hers.  This was my Her card for mothers day.  I did another one first and I ended up changing a bunch of the hearts and this ended up being the end result.  Thank you Nichol.

The inspiration for this card was my beautiful niece Elizabeth.  It was her birthday and she takes ballet and plays soccer.  The image looks just like her.  The little girl is a digi stamp (which I love) from Saturated Canary.  I used copics to color her.  The background paper was from a paper kit I got the other day from Micheals.  Happy Birthday Elle.

My son-in-law is a basketball player so this was my card for him for his birthday last month.
Happy Birthday Danny!!!

This was a fun card I was trying out masking.  I used stamps from CTMH and also their inks.

Okay so this is one of the first cards I finished.  I thinks its cute but it is just the beginning.

The beginning!!!

Well I am going to give this blog thing another try.  I had a blog years ago and it was just  not the right time in my life to be blogging.   I have been making cards and then I will be trying to covert some of these into scrapbooking.  This is the plan.  I love Kristina Werner and Nichol Magourik.  They have online classes I have started and I love it.  I wanted a place to post my cards and creations and welp this seems to be the best option.
So.....
This blog will be dedicated to cards and scrapbooking and some of my family too.  Lets face it, they are the reason I do everything I do.
